Standardising Singapore National Community Care Assessment

AIC, Finland’s Vitec Raisoft, and IBM have partnered to modernise Singapore’s national community care assessment framework through the AIC interRAI 2.0 programme. This collaboration focuses on implementing the interRAI framework on a secure digital platform to standardise assessment processes, reduce administrative burden and improve data accuracy across the care ecosystem. Together, the partners aim to strengthen community healthcare resilience by combining AIC’s expertise in integrated care, Vitec Raisoft’s specialised assessment solutions and IBM’s technology capabilities. The programme also establishes a scalable foundation for advanced analytics and AI-driven innovation, supporting Singapore’s Smart Nation ambitions and enabling more responsive care for an ageing population.

 

JTC Corporation + SEN Engineering Group + Kimly Construction
Singapore-Korea Holistic DfMA System for Mega Facilities

The companies have partnered to develop the Singapore-Korea Hybrid Mounting Bracket (HMB), an advanced structural system that integrates precast concrete, steel and form prefabricated steel reinforced columns (F-PSRC). This collaboration focuses on enabling precast concrete beams to be installed without bolting or welding, creating strong monolithic connections while enhancing site safety and construction efficiency. Together, the partners aim to improve productivity and reduce project timelines and costs while supporting more intensive and sustainable urban development in land-scarce environments such as Singapore.

 

WeavInsight + ESGSAT LLC
Orbital-Earth Synergy: Global Real-Time ESG Risk Intelligence

WeavAir and ESGSAT LLC have partnered on the “Orbital-Earth Synergy” project to address the “Green Data Gap” in real estate and finance by combining space-based hyperspectral imaging with ground-level IoT sensors. This collaboration integrates ESGSAT’s satellite analytics with WeavInsight’s AI-powered digital twins to deliver real-time ESG risk monitoring and verifiable carbon footprint data. Together, the partners aim to enhance climate risk assessment, transform traditional ESG reporting approaches and support informed decision-making in the global transition towards a low-carbon economy.

Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific Pte Ltd + Tack One Pte Ltd
Smart Urban Flood Monitoring System (TackEvo FloodFinder)

Infineon and Tack One have partnered to develop FloodFinder, a smart, self-sustaining flood monitoring system. This collaboration combines Infineon’s advanced sensor technologies with Tack One’s ultra-low-power IoT expertise to provide real-time, precise water-level detection without the need for external infrastructure. Designed for deployment across both urban and rural environments, FloodFinder enhances flood preparedness, supports data-driven decision-making and contributes to strengthening climate resilience. The solution is currently being deployed across Brunei, Taiwan, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand.

 

Singapore Management University (SMU) + IBM
SMU-IBM AI Supply Chain Risk Model Delivers US$35M Saving

IBM and SMU have collaborated for five years to develop an AI-powered, data-driven supply chain risk optimisation model to address procurement challenges exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. This partnership evaluates supplier risk across 19 criteria, including geopolitical, financial and pandemic-related factors, to generate cost-effective procurement recommendations.

The Smart Morse Code Transceiver

TP and the Republic of Singapore Navy collaborated to develop the Smart Morse Code Transceiver, an automated system for light-based Morse communication. The solution accurately reads signals over long distances and at varying transmission speeds. Having demonstrated strong performance under real-world conditions, the solution enhances communication reliability and optimises manpower deployment, highlighting the role of applied innovation in supporting operational excellence.

The project is a collective organisational effort that brings together WeavInsight’s leadership and multidisciplinary workforce to transform operational risk management into a shared cultural mission. Driven by employee participation and radical transparency, this ground-up initiative focuses on decentralising decision-making, strengthening cross-functional collaboration and empowering employees to co-create company KPIs and innovation roadmaps.

The project is centred on fostering shared ownership and accountability across all levels of the organisation. Through mechanisms such as the Reciprocal Feedback Dashboard and Agile Culture Squads, the project seeks to bridge the engagement-execution gap and cultivate a high-trust workplace that supports sustainable innovation and operational excellence.

Constellar Venues Pte Ltd + ESGpedia Pte Ltd
MICE Event Carbon and ESG Reports for events at Singapore EXPO

Constellar Venues, the managing operator of Singapore EXPO, partnered with ESGpedia to leverage digital solutions for sustainability reporting and carbon accounting across MICE events. This collaboration also integrates sustainability considerations across Constellar’s supplier network, supporting green supply chain practices and sustainable procurement. By combining digital innovation with ecosystem-wide engagement, the initiative strengthens Constellar’s sustainability commitments and reinforces Singapore EXPO’s position as a leading sustainable MICE destination amid evolving industry regulations and growing sustainability expectations.

Hybrid-Intelligence AI model for MRO (ATSKILL)

ITE and ST Engineering’s Advanced Networks & Sensors collaborated to develop ATSKILL, a depot-centric Hybrid Intelligence AI model for maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) operations. By centralising diagnostics and learning at the depot level, the solution reduces rework, minimises unnecessary escalations and enhances technician capabilities. Designed to operate securely in both online and offline environments, ATSKILL provides a scalable and replicable framework that supports more efficient, reliable and resilient MRO operations across regulated industries.

Large scale production of clinical grade plant stem cell secretions

The collaboration is on the manufacturing scale up of plant stem cells to provide efficient and economical supply of plant stem cell bioactive materials for making functional products for health and skin enhancing solutions.

Aster & Aether Fuels Co-Creating a Scalable SAF Blueprint for Asia

Aster and Aether Fuels are collaborating on Project Beacon, Singapore’s first next-generation commercial SAF facility at Pulau Bukom. Using Aether’s Aurora technology, the project converts industrial waste gas and biomethane into CORSIA-certified SAF with over 70% lower lifecycle emissions. Targeting 2,000 tons per year from 2028, the initiative transforms waste carbon into low-carbon fuels, supports Singapore’s sustainable fuels hub ambitions and drives local investment, R&D and green job creation.

GENAIweld: Generative AI-Driven Sustainable Robotic Welding

ITE and ABB collaborated to develop GENAIweld, an AI-driven robotic welding solution that optimises welding parameters without extensive physical trials. By combining generative AI, evolutionary algorithms and machine learning, the project improves efficiency while reducing waste, energy use and emissions. GENAIweld offers a scalable model that equips both students and industry with advanced capabilities for high-precision manufacturing sectors.
